Oracle utilizes wireless operator in foray into mobile ad campaigns

Oracle recently announced the availability of its Communication Marketing and Advertising app geared to enable network operators to a more user- friendly application which helps them open up and share their data of consumers with advertisers- which they are often reluctant to do- to only the extent they desire, ensuring more security for network operators in a controlled way.

The Oracle app exclusively enables network operators to execute target mobile ad campaigns based on demographics, usage and location.

Feature include self-service to the operators, "push" of bulk ads, integrated "pull" of messages and support for ad delivery in the form of MMs, Wap and Sms.
