Paisabazaar appoints Santosh Agarwal as CEO

Paisabazaar, a prominent financial marketplace, has announced a significant shift in its leadership structure. Santosh Agarwal is set to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2025, succeeding Naveen Kukreja, who has opted to explore new avenues within PB Fintech.

Kukreja, who has steered Paisabazaar for over a decade, will transition to the position of Group President at PB Fintech, where he will contribute to the company’s long-term strategic direction and identify emerging opportunities. He will also remain a Non-Executive Director on the Paisabazaar board, ensuring a smooth handover during the coming months.

Agarwal, the incoming CEO, will report to Yashish Dahiya and will simultaneously continue to provide guidance on the life insurance division in the near term. Additionally, he will join the Paisabazaar board as an Executive Director.

Further changes within the company's financial leadership include the resignation of Vivek Audichya as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 28, 2025. Neeraj Tripathi has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel, commencing March 1, 2025, following the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee.

These leadership changes represent a strategic realignment for Paisabazaar, positioning the company for continued growth and innovation within the evolving Indian fintech landscape.
