Paul Randall joins VML as Chief Delivery Officer for North America
VML has appointed Paul Randall as its first Chief Delivery Officer for North America to lead the agency's Program Delivery Organization (PDO), a critical function supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle. The announcement comes as clients seek increasingly sophisticated global marketing solutions across brand, commerce technology, innovation and customer experience. Randall joins from R/GA to lead the delivery of high-quality client work efficiently and at scale for VML's largest region.
As Chief Delivery Officer, Randall will optimize delivery models and strengthen client partnership across VML’s North America client portfolio. He will also focus on clients undertaking major organizational transformation and those leveraging VML Customer Experience and Enterprise Solutions—key capabilities at VML that have attracted more than 29 new clients and significant organic growth over the past year. Randall will be responsible for building and maintaining best practices for how the agency produces and delivers work, streamlining processes and enhancing client collaboration. Randall leads a 400-person team of project delivery and project management experts, and reports to Jen McDonald, Chief Client Officer, Americas at VML.
