Pratip Francis Takes the Helm as GM of Brand Marketing at MRF Tyres

Pratip Francis has assumed the role of General Manager for brand marketing at MRF Tyres. In this capacity, Francis will spearhead the brand management function at MRF Tyres, overseeing activities encompassing ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), digital marketing, and public relations. He will be based in Chennai.

Widely recognized as a results-driven marketing and sales leader, Francis brings a wealth of diverse experience across various industries. His professional journey has traversed domains ranging from consumer durables and electricals to bathware and hardware. Francis boasts a proven track record of effectively leading teams in both startup environments and well-established organisations. His expertise spans multiple facets of marketing, including end-to-end product management, brand and digital marketing, trade and retail marketing, and business intelligence. Furthermore, he has held key leadership roles in sales, both at the domestic (state) level and internationally, with a significant presence in the Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions.

Prior to joining MRF Tyres, Francis held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at GROHE, a renowned brand specializing in complete bathroom solutions and kitchen fittings. His previous roles include General Manager - Marketing (India) and Sales Head (International) at Delta Faucet Company, as well as Manager – Marketing at Schneider Electric. Over the course of his career, he has also served as a Product Manager at Kohler Co and as an Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing at Haier India.
