Raghav Realty partners with Sideways to move into new neighbourhoods.

RAGHAV Realty, a real estate developer in Mumbai, in partnership with Sideways Consulting, has released a new campaign introducing their philosophy to the world - ‘Because Life Happens Inside.’ 

Helmed by Mr. Sudhanshu R. Agarwal, began its journey in 2014, with a view of challenging the accepted standards of residential properties in Mumbai. He finds it rather unfortunate that people in the city prefer to spend longer hours in their offices, as they find it more liveable than their own homes.

RAGHAV Realty partnered Sideways, a creative consulting firm, to make their purpose of creating homes that are a delight to live in, known widely in Mumbai and in other cities. Together, they realised what sets RAGHAV Realty apart: paying more attention to creating functional & utility-first floor plans before designing glamorous exterior facades. A well-designed and thought through space makes the home a space that their owners love coming back to, instead of looking for that kind of comfort in third spaces outside. 

This campaign is a reminder to all current owners and future residents that a house becomes a home based on the life you live inside, which is why it must be planned and executed with as much care as its outside facades are. It is a gentle ode to the moments that you create within the home that sometimes get overshadowed by the bigger, more grandiose ones.
