Rajeev Anand to play Veena Mallik's husband in a 3D horror 'Mumbai 125 km'

Bollywood has made an exception and has well accepted the young talents,who are not the star kids but beaming with skills and passion. Burning examples is the one who rules the roost- King himself Shahrukh Khan , we have seen several new faces rising and winning hearts, based on sheer talents. One such passionate talent with ultimate acting prowess  is Rajeev Anand, who is all set to make news in the tinsel town for the right reasons. Rajeev has finished shooting for a 3D horror & thriller 'Mumbai 125 km' in which he is starring opposite the sexy siren Veena Malik. Rajeev will be seen playing her love interest - husband to the Pakistani Actress in the lead. Mumbai 125 km will release in May this year. 

Rajeev is not just a film old, but has many more tv serials and films to his credit. Rajeev has done cameos - been a significant part of International films like ''Pride'', directed by a Japanese film (Dir Yuko Ito), a french film ,  Butterfly from the East (International film  fest entry), to name a few. In addition, he has also performed in many TV serials and  Music albums and a known face in modelling. 

He is looking forward to his Hollywood film with the well known Indian director settled abroad who has won several accolades , which  has an eclectic mix of star cast - with artists from hollywood ,Asia and from all around the world cinema  , he is excited with the aspect of doing a meaty role in this  film with highest caliber of technicians  and a well known International star cast and will surely put him on the world map , but his lips are sealed to reveal further about details and says only when it goes on floor early next year, shall I speak out it , till then I am bound by a non disclosure agreement .then he has a two hindi films ,both by known production houses which go on the floor around August and october respectively and a  Telgu film being directed by ''Suresh Natrajan'' - a superb Director  - well known for his intriguing awe inspiring revolutionary  film ''PETALS '' besides others.

This summers enjoy the hot chemistry between Rajeev and Veena, as the two play the main roles  sharing an extreme tumultuous relationship in the film. The story revolves around Rajeev and his relationship with Veena. Their relationship  takes extreme highs and lows which build up the characters.,and is the mainstay of the film. You will see both Rajeev and Veena are sharing a deep long kiss on screen. Talking about kiss in the film Rajeev says" Yes we have a steamy scene together. I was a bit nerous but thanks to Veena it turned out to be mind blowing scene. She made me comfortable. Its fifteen seconds long kiss and am sure that it would take audiences breath away. She kept me engrossed for fifteen minutes that we shot the scene and taught me how to kiss even with the camera eye looking our lips move".   

Says the debutant Rajeev, "Working with Veena Mallik and director hemant  has been a good experience. She is a focused actress and the director Hemant is very talented focussed and knows exactly what he wants from his actors " As far as the film is concerned, Rajeev is super excited, because the director - Hemant Madhukar is a very very talented and super cool guy who is patient enough and has taught him to remain calm in adverse circumstances since shooting a 3D consumes 3 times more time at an average , he is sleek and shot taking is superb and he never compromises even if it would cost him a day to get the perfect shot  ..."The story/ script is what compelled me to do the film.and it was a blessing in disguise for him, It will keep the audience on the edge of their seats,till the end. Essentially, a horror film in a 3D format,is the next in concept, audience will intrigued to watch."

The film is directed by Hemant Madhukar, who had directed 'Vastadu Naa Raj' with Vishnu and Tapsi in the lead and earlier directed Hindi film  ''FLAT'' with Jimmy shergil,sanjay suri ,hazel etc . Now with 'Mumbai 125 km',he will be stepping into the the realm of 3D films as well. Mani Sharma would score music for the film and this would be his debut in Bollywood. 3D technicians from Canada are working for this technically brilliant film with international quality.
