Ravindra Singh Negi, COO of Bajaj Electricals' consumer products, resigns

Bajaj Electricals Limited, a leading consumer durables company in India, has announced the resignation of Ravindra Singh Negi, the Chief Operating Officer of its Consumer Products Business, effective from May 29, 2024.

As per media filing, the company stated, "We hereby inform you that Mr. Ravindra Singh Negi, Chief Operating Officer – Consumer Products Business, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company, to be effective from the close of business hours on May 29, 2024, due to personal and professional reasons.”

Negi joined Bajaj Electricals in July 2022, after serving as President of the Electrical Consumer Durables segment at Havells India Limited. He previously spent nearly two decades at Bharti Airtel Limited, culminating in his role as CEO of the Delhi and NCR telecom circle.
