Rinshul Chandra resigns as COO of Eternal Limited (Formerly Zomato)

Eternal Limited (formerly known as Zomato Limited) announced that Rinshul Chandra has resigned from his position as COO - Food Ordering and Delivery Business. The company disclosed this change in senior management personnel to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.  

According to the disclosure, Chandra’s resignation was tendered on April 5, 2025, and his last working day is set to be April 7, 2025. He is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities and passions. In his letter, Chandra expressed his gratitude for the opportunities and support he received during his seven-year tenure at Eternal Limited.
