SAB TV's creative account is up for grabs!

SAB, the comedy channel has grown at an escalating rate in the last year. The channel has called for a creative pitch which is to take place immediately. Pickle has been its partner for the last two and half years. Prior to Pickle, SAB was handled by Leo Burnett India. Pickle is supposed to handle the creative mandate for now.

According to industry sources, the objective of the pitch is to look for a creative partner. SAB requires a partner who can bring in innovative perspectives and better ideas to the brand, which is important for its growth phase.

OMD India continues to be the media AOR for all Multi Screen Media (MSM) channels.

On April 23, 2000 SAB was launched by Sri Adhikari Brothers as a comedy-based general entertainment channel. It was later sold to MSM where after a few repositionings, it went back to predominantly comedy-based content. SAB is now one of the few successful instances of a second general entertainment channel launched by the same network.
