SEBI not to take action against Subhash Chandra on summons till April 30

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has assured the Bombay High Court that it will not take action against Subhash Chandra, Chairman, Essel Group till April 30, 2024 on the summons issued to Chandra in the funds diversion case concerning Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd.

This is in extension of the three-week relief that SEBI had granted to Chandra on March 21, 2024.
