SET to honour the brave, announces CID Gallantry Awards 2010
CID Gallantry Awards is demarcated into two categories ' Physical Bravery (display of bravery in saving life or property of oneself or someone else) & Social Bravery (display of bravery in combating social evils like drug abuse, dowry, child labour, illiteracy, environmental pollution, etc). The prestigious title will be conferred to two brave winners each in the category of "Below 15 years' and "Above 15 years'. Entries for the CID Gallantry Awards will be open from 15th August, 2010 to 2nd October, 2010. Entries could be sent by post, online and by calling on MSM IVR number. The Jury will shortlist from the entries received, an audit to establish the veracity of person and the act will be done and finally winners in each category will be selected by the Jury. These selected winners will be felicitated in a glittering ceremony in January, 2011.
