Sidharth Malik resigns as Clevertap CEO; Sunil Thomas to assume role

Sidharth Malik, formerly the global CEO of Clevertap, has left the company, with co-founder Sunil Thomas stepping into the CEO role, as reported by various sources. Malik’s LinkedIn indicates he departed in July of this year. His career began at Tata Elxsi, and he has held roles with IBM India, Microsoft, Salesforce, Akamai Technologies, and Freshworks. Currently, he contributes as a SaaS Advisory Board Member at WestBridge Capital. Malik joined Clevertap in 2021 from Freshworks, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on the platform’s worldwide expansion.
