Sikandar Kher opens up about his character in Chidiya Udd

Chidiya Udd, a gripping crime drama series, is now available for streaming on Amazon MX Player. The show takes viewers through the harrowing journey of Seher, a young woman who escapes her troubled past in search of security and a better future in Mumbai. However, her pursuit of a dream is filled with numerous challenges, forcing her to protect the ones she loves while navigating the dangerous paths ahead.

Based on real-life events, Chidiya Udd features an impressive cast, including Jackie Shroff, Bhoomika Meena, and Sikandar Kher in pivotal roles.
Sikandar Kher, who portrays the intense character of Akram Khan in the series, opened up about the preparation that went into his role. "My approach to preparation is usually instinctual," Sikandar shared. "It starts with reading the script multiple times and trying to bring a unique, distinctive touch to the character. But of course, the process doesn’t stop there. A lot of the character’s evolution happens on set, influenced by ideas exchanged with my co-actors and the director’s vision. It’s a collaborative journey that shapes the character organically."
