Sokudo Electric collaborates with Kiku Sharda for new campaign

Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer Sokudo Electric has collaborated with comedian and actor Kiku Sharda to highlight the savings and sustainability features of its scooters. Under this collaboration, Kiku Sharda is endorsing Sokudo’s Made in India electric two-wheelers as the smartest and most affordable choice for Indian consumers. In the new ad campaign, he shares how families can save more on transportation with Sokudo’s scooters, which come with a running cost of 9 paise per kilometer.

The amount is much lower than the average running cost of INR 1.5-2.5 per km for a traditional ICE vehicle and underscores the essence of the campaign's slogan, “Sokudo ke Sath Ghar ki Savings." The campaign arrives just in time for the festive season, when the automotive sector, particularly the two-wheeler segment, records a spike in consumer demand. With this collaboration, Sokudo Electric joins the trend of teaming with public figures and influencers ahead of the festive rush. The two-wheeler manufacturer expects this marketing endeavour alongside its Sokudo Festival Extravaganza, to encourage more ICE vehicle owners to transition to the best quality electric scooter this Diwali.

Sokudo Electric is tapping into these trends by providing offers and deals till Diwali to make Made in India EVs accessible to more customers. During the Sokudo Festival Extravaganza, customers can book select Sokudo scooters with zero down payment. The manufacturer has also simplified financing its scooters by allowing customers to book Sokudo high-speed models Acute, Rapid, and Select at Rs. 4999. ICE vehicle owners will also get the chance to exchange their old two-wheelers with new Sokudo scooters at discounted prices, along with free riding accessories. The company, which has a network of over 78 dealership stores, anticipates its dealership in Shahdara, Delhi alone, will sell around 200 vehicles this Diwali, contributing 5-7% to its FY24-25 sales.
