Maiti brings over 14 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, media planning, and business development. His previous roles include Chief Manager - Brand at ABP Group and Senior Manager - Brand & Digital at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. He holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI), Ireland, through NIIT.

In his new role, Maiti will oversee marketing strategies for MP Birla Cement, focusing on strengthening the brand’s market presence and driving growth. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on leveraging experienced leadership in its marketing operations.
