Stagwell, renowned for its innovative approach to marketing, announces that Brand New Galaxy is rebranding as Assembly. This strategic move amplifies Assembly’s digital commerce capabilities and expertise on a global scale, seamlessly merging omnichannel media with commerce to achieve Assembly's goal of "Finding the Change That Fuels Growth" across every stage of the consumer journey.
With this rebranding, Assembly now features an independent digital commerce unit with over 400 specialists. This enhancement will continue to serve esteemed clients such as Lindt, Ceer, and Mashreq, while expanding services for brands including Lenovo, Fossil Group, and Virgin Mobile. The integration harnesses attitudinal, behavioral, and transactional data through STAGE, Assembly's AI-powered platform and operating system, strengthening Assembly's commitment to creating cohesive omnichannel experiences that drive brand performance.
Key leaders from Brand New Galaxy will join Assembly’s global leadership team to ensure a smooth transition and sustained excellence for all clients. Piotr Morkowski, the former CEO of Brand New Galaxy, will become Assembly’s Global Digital Commerce CEO. Julia Dziurbiejko and Kacper Kłos will step into roles as Global Digital Commerce COO and Global Head of Digital Commerce, respectively.
