Star Gold showcases television's highest rated property of 2012- World TV Premiere of RA One

STAR Gold has set the tone for the year ahead with the stupendous success of the World TV Premiere of Ra.One. The milestone rating of 6.7 TVR is now the highest rated property across all channels and genre in 2012.

The Ra.One premiere, at 9 PM on Star Gold garnered a market share of 28%; the highest compared to all other channels in HSM clearly indicating the preference and popularity the channel enjoys with its audiences.

With 193 GRP’s under its belt, Star GOLD leads with a share of 52% over its nearest competitor. A clear No.1 across competition which stood at Zee Cinema (127); Max (108); UTV Movies (30); UTV Action (28) and Filmy (19) respectively.

Ra One was watched by 129* million viewers across India and helped the channel go past even some leading GEC’s this week.
