Star Plus slips below 250 GRPs but still holds the leadership position among GECs: TAM Report

Zee TV is the biggest gainer of Week 16 according to TAM 2012, moving in to No. 2, courtesy Dance India dace season 3 finale. The popular dance show helped Zee get crucial 3.2 TVR on people meter and added 22 GRPs.

Even though the IPL has hit the GRPs of many channels, but Star Plus continues to lead the chart in the Hindi general entertainment section. Star Plus has lost 14 GRPs this week to slip below the 250-mark and could only garner 248 GRPs, as compared to last week's 262.

Sony Entertainment Television has been pushed down to third position despite adding a few GRPs this week. The channel has fetched 209 GRPs as compared to last week's 205.

Colors too recorded a slight growth and recorded 194 GRPs, while SAB TV has lost further to record 115 GRPs this week.

Life OK did fairly good enough as compared to its last week's rating picking up 86 GRPs, Sahara One remains at 45 GRPs this week.
