Star Pravah presents Aaji Festival

Star Pravah, the leading Marathi GEC in Maharashtra, has introduced Silver Screen, an innovative programming initiative to entertain their viewers on Sunday evenings. As a part of this initiative, Start Pravah will telecast short stories conceptualised and created by their in-house creative team.

Aaji Festival, second in this series of original productions under Silver Screen, is conceptualized by the Star Pravah programming team. Aaji Festival, written by Jayesh Patil and directed by noted director Rahul Jadhav stars acclaimed actors like Nirmiti Sawant, Nikhil Ratnaparkhi and Girija Oak. Aaji Festival premieres exclusively on Star Pravah at 7 pm on Sunday, February 10th.

Aaji Festival is a reflection of today’s modern family who keeps running after career, money and social status. It is a story based on Pawaskar family who is typical well to do dysfunctional family where Keshav is busy with his career and his wife Sonali devotes more time in kitty parties. But their lives will take a U-turn when Aaji’s sweet and sour character played by popular actress Nirmiti Sawant will bring some new twist in their lives.

Aaji Festival will answer a unique blend of comical situations and heart-warming emotions which bring all the generations of your family together to enjoy these adorable short stories with its mischievous charm and humour.
