Starcom launches OOH agency Vector

Starcom MediaVest Group has launched a out-of-home agency 'Vector'. Based in Mumbai the agency will work as a division of Starcom MediaVest Group with operations in all the metros.

According to the reports, Navia Asia's CEO India, Sanjay Shah will also handle Vector as CEO. Sriram Iyer will be the COO and will operate with the support of Abhishek Singh, Head, North and East and Rakesh Shrivastav, Head, West and South.

Reports suggest that Vector will tieup with Navia in areas targeted at bringing greater transparency and accountability to OOH and Ambient Marketing as a discipline and enhancing return on client investment and objectives.
