STC Associates ropes in Swati Katakam as regional director

STC Associates, the global brand management firm has appointed Swati Katakam as as regional director to lead its expansion in India. Prior to this Swati was working with Grey Worldwide's Public Relation cell.

Swati will be responsible for building the organisation across the India market, as well as representing the firm for India clients to help them build their global leadership.

STC Associates' offices in Mumbai currently provides integrated brand service offerings for Tata Communications and Aurora Integrated Systems. She will report directly to Sophie Ann Terrisse, CEO of STC Associates.

Earlier, Swati has spearheaded several high-profile business wins including the launch of the BlackBerry Bold in India and an education program for girls for Unicef.

She has also worked with clients including Rolex, Spencer's Retail, CavinKare, MetLife, and the Indian Premier League team Rajasthan Royals, among others.
