To overcome these hurdles and establish a successful presence, we at AET prioritized localized after-sales support, understanding regional needs, and fostering partnerships for effective market penetration. By tailoring our approach to meet the specific requirements of the Indian market, we ensured that customers received the highest level of support and service.
Additionally, we prioritized optimizing the supply chain for efficient distribution and growth, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of products. Our efforts have resulted in an impressive presence in India, with over 50 products available, more than 2000 installations nationwide, and a network of over 80 partners and distributors. Operating one assembly plant, three offices, three customer experience centers, and five service centers strategically located across the country further enhances our ability to provide comprehensive coverage and support to our customers.
