Sunil Kataria Resigns as Managing Director & CEO of Raymond Lifestyle
Raymond Lifestyle Limited has announced that Sunil Kataria, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, has tendered his resignation. As per the company’s BSE filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors has accepted his resignation, which will be effective from the close of business hours on March 31, 2025.
Confirming the development the company stated, “Sunil Kataria has been instrumental in steering Raymond Lifestyle through a transformative phase. We respect his decision and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”
According to the BSE filing, Kataria has stepped down to pursue another career opportunity. The filing also confirms that there are no additional material reasons beyond what has been stated in his resignation letter.
To ensure continuity and a smooth transition, the senior management team, led by Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania, will oversee business operations in the interim period.
Raymond Lifestyle has also confirmed that in line with regulatory norms, the trading window for dealing in the company's shares was closed for specific persons and will remain closed for 48 hours after the public disclosure of this information, in compliance with the Prohibition of Insider Trading regulations.
As Sunil Kataria moves on to new professional opportunities, the industry will be watching closely to see who will step in to lead Raymond Lifestyle into its next phase of growth.
