Superstar Prabhas supports fresh talent with ‘The Script Craft’

In an inspiring move to nurture new talent, India’s superstar Prabhas has launched The Script Craft, a dedicated platform designed to promote and empower writers.

Known for his passion for storytelling, Prabhas aims to provide aspiring writers with a platform to share and showcase their ideas, gain visibility, and be part of a creative community.

The Script Craft allows writers to submit a 250-word synopsis of their story ideas, which will be accessible to the public for reading and rating. Rather than traditional comments, the platform's feedback system is driven by audience ratings, which boosts the confidence of budding writers and encourages a constructive environment.

To mark its debut, The Script Craft introduces a special contest called “Imagine Your Favorite Hero with Superpowers!” Writers can submit up to a 3,500-word story reimagining a hero with superhuman abilities. The top-rated entry will earn a unique opportunity for the writer to work as an assistant writer or assistant director on a real project, offering invaluable experience in the industry.

Founded by Thaalla Vaishnav and Pramod Uppalapati, and promoted by Prabhas, The Script Craft is a launchpad for creative minds seeking an avenue for expression.

Additionally, The Script Craft is set to expand with an audiobook feature, allowing writers to transform their stories into immersive audio experiences, reaching a broader audience and catering to the rising demand for audio storytelling.

Prabhas shared the announcement on Instagram, encouraging writers to “share your story, inspire the world on this platform, where writers bring their words to life and the audience votes to shape reality.” The post, accompanied by the hashtag #TheScriptCraft, has since gone viral, signaling excitement around the new initiative.

Fans can also look forward to his upcoming roles in The Raja Saab, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam, Kalki 2, and a highly anticipated collaboration with Hanu Raghavpudi.
