Tata Motors drives into the future with Vicky Kaushal as brand ambassador

Tata Motors has announced Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal as its new brand ambassador, signaling a strong push towards electric vehicle innovation and enhanced road safety. The announcement was made during a recent virtual media briefing, where Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer at Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, highlighted the strategic importance of this partnership.

Tata Motors aims to leverage Kaushal's values of excellence and boldness to promote its upcoming Curve SUV through the 'Take the Curve' campaign. This initiative is designed to resonate with a broad spectrum of Indian consumers and reinforce Tata Motors' commitment to shaping the future of mobility.    "Vicky Kaushal was selected for his alignment with Tata's core principles: breaking conventions, pursuing excellence, and making bold choices," stated Vivek Srivatsa. The 'Take the Curve' campaign will emphasize how the Curve SUV embodies the spirit of embracing life's unexpected turns.

This collaboration marks a significant shift in Tata Motors' marketing strategy, as it's the first time in years the company has partnered with a celebrity ambassador. Kaushal will represent both passenger and electric vehicles, and will be featured in multiple TV commercials during the upcoming IPL season. Tata Motors views this association as a qualitative measure of success, focused on increasing brand recall and amplifying shared positive values.
