Tesco takes the Indian flight

Tesco Plc, the third largest retailer in the world reportedly plans to launch itself in India.

The company plans to open its first wholesale India cash & carry outlet in India this year.

As per reports, Tesco international and internal communications director Greg Sage has confirmed the news. And reports also say that Tesco already has presence in India through a joint venture with Tata.
