The Big Bang Awards'13: Stark Comm. crowned as Creative Agency of the Year

The Big Bang Awards 2013 for excellence in communication and media organised by the Ad Club Bangalore was held on Friday at Jayamahal Palace Hotel, Bangalore. The Advertising Club Bangalore is the first club in India to take the submission and judging of their awards completely online, with the support of Global Best Awards.

900 entries were submitted across 92 categories by 78 creative, media, digital, mobile, healthcare and PR agencies. Apart from these, clients and young professionals also participated for the coveted heads.

Stark Communication was named Creative Agency of the Year. Maxus was the biggest winner of the night bagging awards for Media, Mobile and Digital Agencies of the year.  Aakanksha Healthcare was Healthcare Agency of the Year and Aim High Consulting, PR Agency of the Year. A Special Judges Award was given to HP GBS Creative Services for their outstanding internal communication work.

Contract Advertising won the coveted Ayaz Peerbhoy Trophy for best Integrated Campaign of the Year, Nirvana Films was the Production House of the Year and Abhishek Prabhu of HP GBS was crowned the Young Achiever of the Year. Nokia won the Client of the Year Award winning across several categories.
