Tulip Telecom picks Dilip Naik as COO!

Tulip Telecom Limited (Tulip), India's leading Enterprise Data Services provider, today announced the appointment of Dilip Naik as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). As part of this role, Naik is responsible for operations and service delivery. He will drive the overall services and operations strategy to ensure customer delight across all business functions.

With more than 20 years of experience, Naik has worked in senior leadership roles at some of the leading organizations in the telecom sector such as Alcatel Lucent and Motorola. In his previous role, he was spearheading the Global Services Operations for India Region at Nokia Siemens before joining Tulip. Naik has played a major role in setting up the Technical Support Centre of Lucent Technologies in India, supporting all major telecom companies and has also lead Managed Services Delivery for Bharti Airtel.

Naik holds a Degree in Electronic Engineering from Karnataka University and a Masters in Programme Management from George Washington University.

Tulip Telecom welcomes Naik in this role and believes that his appointment is a step towards furthering Tulip's vision to provide the highest quality services to its customers.
