UTV Action ahead of Filmy, B4U Movies

It seems the UTV Action is launched on a perfect note and it seems the channel has got the perfect launch. As the channel, has set a new height for the other channels in the just second week on launch.

The latest product from the UTV Global Broadcasting Ltd stable has accumulated a total of 32 GRPs in its second week of launch, battling out long existent players Filmy and B4U Movies in the combat.

According to the reports, the data published by TAM suggests that Filmy has managed to fill up its result sack with 24 points for the week ended 9 January, B4U Movies has managed a meagre 2 GRPs.

UTV Action plans to air A Wednesday on January 24. On the last Sunday of the month, the channel, however, will screen Pirates of the Caribbean under the 'Movie of the Month,' instead of 'Sunday Sarvanash'.
