Varun Reddy Sevva joins GD Goenka Group as CHRO

With an eminent career  spanning more than 14 years across industry verticals,  Varun Reddy Sevva is bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in Human Resources and Organisational Development.

As an esteemed industry veteran, Varun Reddy Sevva has significant expertise in employee engagement, talent management, compliance and HR operations. His unique approach to Human Resource development, talent acquisition, and creating high-performing teams has carved a distinctive niche for him.

He has played a crucial role in mentoring start-ups, and also managed HR operations for Device Solutions at Samsung Electronics, where he earned multiple accolades. In addition, he introduced innovative HR initiatives to bolster employee satisfaction and organisational productivity during his stint with Apollo Tyres.

His  experience in working closely with the top management has empowered him with the unique skills to attract, retain and nurture talent from across the globe.
