Venator leads Pramod Dubey's appointment as Utkarsh SFB ED

Venator Search Partners, a headhunting firm specializing in the BFSI sector, has successfully assisted Utkarsh Small Finance Bank in appointing Pramod Dubey as Executive Director.

With over 27 years of experience spanning retail, rural, and agri-banking, Pramod Dubey, an ICICI Bank veteran, steps into this key leadership role at Utkarsh SFB. In his new capacity, Dubey will oversee various business verticals, including assets, collections, credit, and branch banking.

Recognized as a 'Key Management Person' at ICICI Bank in 2023, Dubey’s last assignment involved managing deposits of Rs 13 lakh crore and assets of Rs 12 lakh crore, while leading a team of 7,000 people. His expertise in rural and agribusiness saw him overseeing a loan portfolio of Rs 91,000 crore across 6,000 branches in 23 states, driving market share and profitability in ICICI Bank’s rural sector.
Starting in New Delhi, his roles expanded to Pune and further into regional leadership across Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand before moving to ICICI's corporate office in Mumbai.
