Vidyut Jammwal to dabble in the gaming world
Actor Vidyut Jammwal has unveiled the trailer of his second production venture, ‘Crackk’, under his banner Action Hero Films. Along with the film, Jammwal has announced a game based on his film under his gaming company.
Giving details on his game, he said, “I have a lot of friends who have never played video games. This is something for them and to know what addiction is all about. It is not a bad addiction, you will soon know how it helps and improves your reflexes. I want everyone to try this game and tell me their genuine opinion. I have invited a few gamers as well for a special session. I want to get their reaction. I really want to tell everyone that please at least give it a try. It is a called ‘Crackk - The Run’.”
Speaking about how he got this idea of getting into the gaming business, he said, “I have been playing video games for the past 15 years. I realised that mother also likes it and I introduced it to her. She too enjoys playing it and I have observed that her reflexes are better than mine due to her age.”
On how the gaming venture came about, Jammwal shared, “While playing games online, I met these two teenage boys and invited them to my house for a party, where we discussed a lot of things. We eventually came up with this idea of starting our own game company. We started it two years ago, but this is the first game that we are launching now. When you put on a VR set, it will give you a different experience and you have to be physically prepared for it. You will actually get to play our characters and battle it out and perform those stunts.”
Jammwal and his production team have also come up with a unique idea of having ‘Crackk Carnivals’ in different cities to promote the film and showcase some live stunts.
