Wigan and Leigh College invites agencies for a creative account

Wigan and Leigh College ' one of the premier and largest educational entities in India ' is scouting for a creative partner. It is understood through a media specialist that Wigan and Leigh College has realized that an image and brand makeover is required, hence the initiative.

There is no in-house team to handle the creative duties, so Wigan and Leigh College has invited a few agencies to take the talks to a higher level. The college has a design of reaching out to people through TV, Print, OOH and BTL activities. Wigan and Leigh College operates in over 40 locations across the Indian sub-continent.
