Wipro Names Ranjita Ghosh as Global CMO, Effective February 2025

Wipro Limited has announced Ranjita Ghosh as its new Global Chief Marketing Officer, effective February 1, 2025. In her new role, Ranjita will oversee Wipro’s marketing strategy across all regions, driving brand initiatives and contributing to the company’s overall growth. She will report directly to Hari Shetty, Wipro’s Chief Strategist and Technology Officer.

Ranjita succeeds Laura Langdon, who has decided to pursue new career opportunities outside the organization. Prior to this role, Ranjita served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Wipro’s Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) strategic market unit.

With close to 20 years of experience in the global technology services sector, Ranjita has excelled in roles spanning Sales, Business Development, Growth Marketing, Buyer Experience, and Ecosystem Partnerships. She has successfully managed high-value marketing portfolios and led diverse teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, showcasing her expertise in driving impactful marketing strategies and building strong partnerships.

Ranjita’s extensive experience and leadership are expected to play a pivotal role in further strengthening Wipro’s market presence and accelerating its growth trajectory.
