Yum! Restaurants appoints Sanjiv Razdan as GM - Pizza Hut Delivery

In a step to further fuel the growth of the home delivery segment, Yum! Restaurants India has announced the appointment of Sanjiv Razdan as the new General Manager of Pizza Hut Delivery. A veteran in the Yum! family, Sanjiv was a part of the core team which was responsible to launching Pizza Hut in India during the mid 90s. Over the years, he has worked in multiple capacities in operations and business development across U.S., U.K. and India. In 2002, Sanjiv moved to Dallas, US as the Director of Global Operations for Pizza Hut. Prior to taking on the new responsibility, Sanjiv was the Brand Development Director of Pizza Hut in U.K.

Announcing Sanjiv's appointment, Niren Chaudhary, President, Yum! Restaurants India said "Delivery segment in India is growing at an unprecedented rate, with Sanjiv's expertise at Concept Innovation and his ability to create unique and memorable branded customer experience; he will surely prove to be an asset to the organization. Having had an exposure in the international market, Sanjiv's strong leadership skills and experience will strengthen Pizza Hut Delivery's positioning and will help in organized expansion throughout India."

An alumnus of ITC Welcomgroup (Sheraton) School of Hotel Management and St.Xaviers College, Bombay University, Sanjiv has previously worked with the ITC group of Hotels and has vast understanding of the F&B industry.
