Zee Cafe all geared-up telecast for star studded 65th Emmy Awards

Considered the Oscars of Television, the Emmy Awards are the undoubted best in terms of award shows for television shows and are offered in recognition of brilliance in American Primetime television programming. Zee Café is the proud presenter to the 65th Emmy Awards which is undoubtedly the biggest event in the English GEC space will showcase it LIVE in India. The event celebrates the year's best television programmes at Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles.

Neil Patrick Harris is set to emcee these awards on the 23rd of September marking the renowned entertainer’s second time hosting the Primetime Emmys. “I couldn’t be more honored and excited to be hosting this year’s Emmy Awards, And what perfect timing I’ll just do the exact same script I’m about to use for the Tony and the Emmy for best revival of a musical goes to breaking Bad!” said a very excited Neil

The major highlights of the star studded night will include piano man, Elton John performing at the 65th Emmy Awards which the channel will broadcast LIVE from LA. The multi-Grammy Award winner's performance will pay tribute to Liberace and will accompany the appearances as presenters by Michael Douglas and Matt Damon, who were both nominated in Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or Movie category for their roles in the film. Along with these few, four pairs of television’s biggest performers have also been unveiled as additional presenters for the 65th Emmy Awards. These presenter pairings include first time Emmy nominee Kerry Washington and four time Emmy nominee Diahann Caroll, Emmy nominees and leading funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Zooey Deschanel along with  Allison Janney and Anna Faris.
