Zindagi DTH's September lineup celebrates strong women protagonists
This September, Zindagi DTH is championing women empowerment through a powerful lineup of women-led dramas that offer a deep dive into compelling stories of love, resilience, and complex relationships. The channel's latest offerings promise to resonate with audiences by showcasing women in roles that challenge societal norms and explore the intricate shades of human emotions.
Kicking off the month on 3rd September at 7:30 PM, Zindagi DTH introduces Koi Chand Rakh, starring Imran Abbas, Ayeza Khan, Areeba Habib, and Muneeb Butt. This drama delves into the tangled web of love, envy, and complicated relationships. Following this is Badi Apa, featuring Savera Nadeem, a show that marks its 11th anniversary, reinforcing its timeless appeal.
On 11th September at 9 PM, viewers can catch the premiere of Hum Kahan Kay Sacchay Thay, a gripping drama starring Mahira Khan and Kubra Khan. The show explores the fraught relationship between two cousins who struggle with childhood trauma and societal expectations, posing the question: What happens when revenge tears apart sisterhood?
Kubra Khan, who plays Mashal in Hum Kahan Kay Sacchay Thay, shared her thoughts: "Playing Mashal was both a challenge and a privilege. The character's journey through insecurity and vulnerability is a reflection of the many greys in life. We received immense love from Pakistani audiences, and I’m hopeful for a similar response from Indian viewers on Zindagi DTH."
Later in the month, on 19th September at 6 PM, Yeh Raha Dil will present a heartwarming story of love, heartbreak, and forgiveness, starring Ahmed Ali Akbar and Yumna Zaidi. The series navigates the delicate intricacies of human relationships and the possibility of second chances.
Further enriching the lineup, Daam, featuring Sanam Baloch, Aamina Sheikh, Adeel Hussain, Nimra Bucha, and Sanam Saeed, will premiere on 17th September at 7:30 PM. The month will conclude with the release of Baaghi, starring Saba Qamar and Osman Khalid Butt, on 26th September at 7:30 PM.
