A new entry in Aidem, Raj Nayak's young nest

"Bringing with him an abundance of solid talent and experience" Dalal of Star TV fame joined Raj Nayak's new bunch of go-getters in Aidem Ventures Ltd as the Executive Vice President. Managing Director Aidem ventures, Raj Nayak said Dalal as part of the senior management team will head the company's business development & strategy besides some additional responsibility of overseeing the company's finance, legal & investments.

Dalal, whose relationship with Raj Nayak dates back to the latter's stint at STAR TV, commands a very strong record of success defining strategy and implementing vision in the broadcast industry. "It's a privilege for me to have him join a start up and be a part of our vision," Nayak disclosed.

Responding to in equal measure, Dalal expressed his happiness and excitement to be part of such a promising team as Aidem Ventures. He said he looked ahead to developing Aidem into a trusted and more integrated media services company. "Our team of motivated people has earned great trust with clients. I am happy to be working alongside this team while offering value-based services to clients."

Being associated with STAR TV for more than nine years as the head of Business Development, Dalal, a qualified Chartered Accountant, was involved in all new business projects and transactions for India. He is also credited to be the initiator of hitherto unknown mobile/wireless business for Star in India besides a winning project leader for developing a number of regional language channels for the channel in India.

Dalal also has a decade's work experience with Arthur Andersen managing a team of professional consultants.
