Ajit Sharma joins SBI General Insurance as regional head for East 2

SBI General Insurance has appointed Ajit Sharma as the regional head for East 2. As part of his new role, Ajit Sharma will be spearheading the East 2 business, adhering to compliance parameters and accomplishing the benchmarks for operational performance.

He has nearly two decades of experience in numerous industries, working with organisations such as MetLife India, ICICI Lombard, Getit Infomediary, Bajaj Allianz Life, Vserv Capital and others. His wealth of expertise and experience will be useful for SBI General Insurance to bolster its regional presence for further growth and expansion.

He is an alumnus of the MKM Indian Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
