Anurradha Prasad the new president of AROI

Anurradha Prasad has been elected President of Association of Radio Operators of India (AROI) , as a candidate of common consensus , with no opposition. She takes over from Apurva Purohit, whose extended term of two years as President of AROI has expired.

When contacted Purohit said, "In the last two years AROI has worked on several initiatives within the industry as well as with the government to ensure the growth and success of the medium. I am sure Ms Prasad will help take AROI and the FM industry to greater heights."
