Apple launches iPad Tablet

Apple has finally launched its long-awaited tablet - the iPad, after much speculations and announcements.

The newly launched device iPad allows users to browse the web, read and send emails. One can also enjoy photos, watch videos, listen to music, play games read e-books and much more.

iPad's high-resolution multi-touch display allows users to physically interact with applications and content. The device is 0.5 inches thick and weighs 1.5 pounds. iPad also includes 12 new innovative applications designed especially for it.

The iPad will be available in March at $ 499.
