Balaji Telefilms appoints Kavvya Bharathi to lead brand revenues
Balaji Telefilms Ltd has appointed Kavvya Bharathi as its new National Head of Brand Revenues and Partnerships.She shared the news of her appointment on LinkedIn.With over 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, Bharathi brings a strong background in driving revenue growth, strategic planning, and fostering impactful partnerships across various sectors, including broadcasting, digital media, and radio.
Before joining Balaji Telefilms, Bharathi served as Vice President of AVOD & Strategy at ARHA Media & Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd., where she played a key role in shaping business strategies and driving revenue growth for over three years. She was instrumental in developing brand strategies, implementing integrated marketing campaigns, and optimizing profits.
Bharathi’s career also includes a decade at Hello FM 106.4, where she held senior leadership positions, including AVP of National Business Development and Regional Head of Sales for North & East. In these roles, she led market expansion efforts and achieved an impressive 65% revenue growth in her first year as a leader. Additionally, she focused on developing monetizable integrated IPs and aligning strategies with profit and loss objectives.
