Balaji Telefilms promotes Sanjay Dwivedi to the position of Group CEO

Sanjay Dwivedi, the former group Chief Operating Officer & Group Chief Financial Officer at Balaji Telefilms has been promoted to the position of group CEO. He will take on the  responsbilities  of both CEO and that of the previous roles.

Dwivedi has started his career as an articled trainee - chartered accountant at Lodha & Co, and has been associated with organisations such as GSK Mirchi, Nimbus Communications and TATA SSL Limited.

He has played an important role in steering the operations at Balaji Telefilms and driving the financial performance of the company, leading the fund raising activities at the Group, garnering sanction from private banks for business purposes, saving a considerable amount in tax benefits for the group via numerous initiatives. This included clearance of prior tax claims against the company, managing treasury corpus and others.
