Can Vishal Pandey change Bigg Boss’ image as a show of fights?

Social Media influencer Vishal Pandey started out by making Reels and short videos with his friends as ‘Teen Tigaada’. Later, he started doing solo videos and built up a huge fan following on different social media platforms. Pandey is now a contestant in the third season of ‘Bigg Boss OTT’. Before stepping inside the house, he spoke to Adgully about how he wishes to change the image of ‘Bigg Boss’ and more.

Are you nervous about the show?

I am actually both nervous and excited, but I would say that I am more excited than nervous to go inside the house. Because I belong to a typical middle class family from a suburb near Mumbai and I am getting a chance to go on such a big stage. I started making videos at the age of 19 and for a person like me, it is a big thing to do such a show. That’s the reason why I am excited about doing the show.

How will you handle the fights inside the house?

If someone comes in the show just to create trouble and fight, then I think I will not give that person too much importance. I will not give that person a chance to get attention and footage that they desire. I will ask them to stay away from me.

What makes you angry?

I know controlling anger is important in the show. However, I don’t mind if someone says something to me in the show. I can still handle that, but if they bring my family into anything, then I won’t keep quiet. So, my only request to everyone would be to keep the family out of the fights. In fact, I want to change the fact that ‘Bigg Boss’ is not just about its fights, it is much more than that.

How comfortable are you to do household chores?

Honestly, I am not comfortable doing household work as I have not done it much in the past. But unfortunately here in this show, there are no excuses and I will have to do all the work given to me and will work hard. I don’t know how to cook, but if someone guides me then I can do it, like I have started preparing my diet meals as my mother cannot cook such recipes. I am good at chopping vegetables and all. But having said that, I really hope I do not have to clean toilets in the show.

In the past seasons there were contestants who had their ex-partners on the show, so how would you react if your ex-partner entered the show?

I have never behaved badly with any of my exes or ended relationships on a bad note, so there won’t be any problem for me if they come on the show. I will be completely fine with it and don’t think there would be any controversy around it.
