CNBC-TV18 launched 'The XX Factor'

From workplace issues to work-life balance, from professional choices to personalities, from busting myths to their favourite past times, CNBC-TV18's new magazine show "The XX Factor" explores the transformation of women and how society is moulding itself around the change.

"The XX Factor" is a unique series that focuses on the Indian woman, as she forges ahead from a corporate chief to an enterprising homemaker, from managing balance sheets to the monthly household budget. The facets to the modern Indian woman are multiple and possibilities endless, putting them at the forefront of how India is evolving as an economy, as a society and as a nation.

Women are beginning to shrug off the narrowcasting and are carving out unique identities. So what are the new equations, aspirations and motivations? And how is society embracing these changes? CNBC-TV18 is giving women a space of their own. Every week Anuradha SenGupta gets you "The XX Factor" that will talk about the challenges and achievements of working women, homemakers and entrepreneurs thereby introducing you to the woman you though you knew. Issues such as sexual harassment and gender inequalities which are faced by women at work will also be discussed besides busting myths about women and their behaviour.
