Coca Cola promotes Arnab Roy to Global Category President

The Coca-Cola Company has promoted Arnab Roy, Vice President and Head of Marketing for India and South West Asia, to the position of Global Category President for Coca-Cola. A veteran of the company since 2001, Roy has most recently held the role of Vice President of Marketing for the India and Southwest Asia operating unit.

He will succeed Selman Careaga, who started a new role on June 1 as President of the company's ASEAN & South Pacific operating unit. Roy will commence his new responsibilities on September 1, reporting to Manolo Arroyo, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Marketing Officer.
