DB Corp raises Rs 693.6 mn

Dainik Bhaskar's publisher has roped in nine anchor investors, committing Rs 693.60 million for its initial public offering.

According to the reports, the investers are Nomura Funds Ireland, FIL Trustee, FID Funds, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co, IDFC Classic Equity Fund, Government of Singapore, Reliance Capital Trustee, India Capital Fund and BNP Paribas.

The company has hit the market with an IPO of 18.17 million equity shares (of Rs 10 each), at a price band of Rs 185-212 per share. The issue closes on December 15.
