Discovery to air a special series on Environment Day

Emphasising the importance of environment conservation, Discovery Channel will commemorate the World Environment Day with a dedicated programme line-up on June 5th from 12 noon to midnight.

Part of the World Environment Day line-up, the episode ONE WATER will present the ways water has touched humanity around the globe, shedding light of the polarity of its abundance - from those struggling to find water for basic needs to those thoughtlessly squandering this precious resource. Filmed in 15 countries in both hemispheres, the film churns together stirring visual sequences, compelling expert commentary and hypnotic local music to immerse audiences in an exhilarating experience of all that water

The programming marathon travels across the world to bring to viewers, the plight of animals and humans living in affected areas.
