In the past several months, Ecom Express has been leading the expansion of its leadership team for bringing diversified industry experts and veterans in the areas of  product development, growth, financial controls and operations.

Pallavi Tyagi is joining Ecom Express as CMO and Digital Sales Head for leading Brand Transformation and for conceptualising Marketing Initiatives across all channels. She comes with a strong experience of more than 18 years in Business, Products and Operations and has the acuity of connecting marketing strategy and implementation expertise for bringing business outcomes. Having worked on both sides, i.e. Airtel Business,  Marketing Communication Agencies, and Solutions-Digitas, she has developed comprehensive brand, communication strategies and executed integrated marketing plans across verticals, the experience of which would be helping Ecom Express for the expansion of its market presence and augmenting its customer experience.
