FICCI Frames 2012 concludes with a mesmeric end

The back to back sessions with large amount of people including delegates, guests and audiences rushing to attend them, and the panelists from all the aspects of media i.e. print, film, television, censor board, social media and digital made their presence at the last day of FICCI Frames 2012.

The third day begun with the keynote by Ashok Chawla, Chairman, Commission of India. And was later followed by session "Coin toss or reasonable choices- how does content get realized in your TV screen?' where the decision-makers from the industry Ajay Bhalwankar, Head-Programming, Zee, Shailesh Kapoor, CEO, Ormax Mir Ibrahim Rahma, CEO, GEO TV Network, Gaurav Banerjee, Head Content Strategy, Life OK & SVP content strategy, STAR, the session was moderated by Poonam Saxena, Columnist, Hindustan Times. The panelist elaborated their thought and discussed how they finalize the contents for TV.

Kapoor said, to make research work, every time when you do research and wants to make it effective it should be collaborated with your team.

Banerjee explained that, "We need to take up the content powerfully and our responsibility as broadcasters is to shape it up." As Starplus has its news logo now, it is not just limit to change of color but the concept, shows has been changed too. Today, women are not the ones who sits and cry they are the inspiration and leaders of what they do and that is what been show in the serials today. With our new baby "Life Ok' we are trying to focus on journey toward progress and prosperity with new hope, that's the philosophy we have with Life Ok."

Bhalwankar describes research as not a coin toss nor it's a big risk, it's a mid-path. He said, "With mid-path I mean you should behave in the manner you want your story and content to lead and reach to audience. That gut should be evolved and continuous evolve."

The three days FICCI frames had it all from workshops, to screening of some best work across the borders, master classes, networking, fun and learning. FICCI '12 ended with Cocktail party which was followed by dinner with delegates, speakers and guests.
